个人简介

德累斯顿工业大学空间发展研究方向的教授,莱布尼茨研究所生态城市以及区域发展研究所(IOER)所长。德累斯顿莱布尼茨研究生院管理委员会(DLGS)的发起者以及主席。德国科学工程院院士,致力于空间调研与规划。

Mueller教授在美因茨大学获地理学博士学位。同时他还被斯洛伐克技术大学授予荣誉博士学位。Mueller教授的研究兴趣在于城市可持续发展以及城市以及区域间弹性关系。目前,他致力于“城市空间应对策略—用地间的隔离”,并担任数个欧洲调研项目的评审。

Bernhard Mueller is the Director of the Dresden-based Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development(IOER) and Professor for Spatial Development at the Technische Universität Dresden.He is also initiator and head of the Managing Board of the international lyoriented Dresden Leibniz Graduate School(DLGS).Bernhard Muellerh as a doctoral degree in Geography from the University of Mainz.He received an honorary doctoral degree from the Slovak University of Technology.His professional interests are insustainable development as well as urban and regional resilience.

Bernhard Mueller was a Vice President of the Leibniz Association,He is a member of the German Academy of Science and Engineering(acatech).He is also an international member of the Serbian Academy of Engineering Sciences.Currently,he is a member of Policy Unit No.6 on “Urban Spatial Strategies:Land Market and Segregation“forHabitatIII(Quito2016).”

主旨报告:绿色城市建设的多维度挑战

       有关“绿色城市”的讨论正在吸引着全球越来越多人的注意。例如,即将在基多举行的联合国人居大会|||关于新城市日程的讨论中,城市绿化、社区和建筑均起着重要的作用。绿色建筑是一个多维度的挑战。

The disscussion about"greencities" is attracting more and more worldwide attention.For example,in the ongoing discussions about the New Urban Agenda with framework of the forthcoming Hatitat||| conference in Quito,the "greening"of cities,neighborhoods and buildings plays an important role.Green building is a multidimensional challenge.

Against this background,the presentation will deal with the following three issues:

Green city development-conceptual elements,experiences and ongoing international discussions

Good practice-international examples of technological and nature-basedsolutions

Perspectives-the need for comprehensive approaches,leadership and inclu-siveness
