个人简介
闵师林，经济学博士，高级经济师，现任上海虹桥商务区管委会党组书记、常务副主任。曾任上海城乡建设交通委员会副主任，上海援疆指挥部副总指挥、党委副书记，长江经济联合发展（集团）股份有限公司总裁，上海城建科技委资深委员，并曾长期担任上海浦东新区城市建设主管领导，具有丰富的开发建设管理经验。被多家大学聘为客座教授和研究生导师。业余撰写并出版了一批富有创新精神、并具可操作性的论著，如：《城市土地再开发》、《新世纪的攻坚》等，参与编撰学术著作十余本，发表各类专业性、经济类论文百余万字，并将经济、建设和文学等融于一体的专著?寻找幸福的感觉?等作品，已发表各类文学作品600万字并多有获奖。
Min Shilin is currently the secretary of the Party Group and executive deputy director of Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District Administrative Committee, with a wealth of development and construction management experience. He used to be the deputy director of Shanghai Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Committee, deputy commander-in-chief and Party committee deputy secretary of Shanghai Head quarters of assisting Xinjiang, CEO of Yangtze River Economic Union Development Group, senior member of Shanghai Urban Construction Science and Technology Committee, and head of Pudong New District's city construction,hired as a visiting professor and graduate instructor at several universities. Furthermore,he has written and published a number of books with innovative spirit and practicality,and won many awards.

主旨报告：虹桥商务区绿色建筑区域化实践之路
根据《上海市虹桥商务区管理办法》中明确的低碳商务区建设总体目标和要求，重点从虹桥商务区的绿色低碳建设目标、区域规划、绿色建筑和管理措施等多个层面回顾了“十二五”期间虹桥商务区绿色建筑区域化推进的建设成果，并提出商务区“十三五”期间绿色低碳方面的重点工作。目前，虹桥商务区核心区全部按照绿色建筑二星级及以上要求进行设计，完成认证的绿色建筑建筑面积占核心区规划总面积的75%。未来，商务区将继续按照国家“绿色生态示范城区”和上海市“低碳发展实践区”的建设要求，逐步落实绿色运行，紧紧围绕“世界一流水准商务区”的目标，加快形成“最低碳”、“特智慧”、“大交通”、“优贸易”、“全配套”、“崇人文”的发展特色。
According to the low-carbon objective and requirement from "Shanghai Hongqiao CBD Management Approach”, the report is to illustrate the process of Hongqiao CBD in the area of the local low-carbon development and green building construction practice. It reviews the construction achievements of green building neighborhood in Hongqiao CBD during the “12th Five-year Plan” in various aspects, including low-carbon construction objective, regional planning, green building, sustainable management etc. It also shows the focus during the “13th Five-year Plan”. Currently, the central area of Hongqiao CBD is designed according to the green building standard of two-star grade and above. The certificated area accounts for 75% of overall planned area. In the future, according to the requirements of national “Green Ecological Demonstration City Area” and “Low-carbon Development Practice Area” of Shanghai, Hongqiao CBD is to implement sustainable operation and reach the objective of world-class business district, concentrating on the development features of low carbon, intelligence, convenient transportation, high-quality trading service, fully-equipped infrastructure and facilities, and advocating humanity.
